Wuhan Coronavirus Notice
If you are experiencing fevers, new cough or trouble breathing, AND any of the following:
Travel to/from Hubei Province, China in the 14 days before the onset of illness, OR
Close contact with a confirmed or probable case of 2019-nCoV, OR
Close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has been to/from Hubei Province, China in the 14 days before their symptoms.
York Region Public Health at 1-877-464-9675, extension 73588 or 905-953-6478 after hours. If you require assistance, please call the clinic and we can notify Public Health for you as well.
If you have traveled to Hubei, China within the last 14 days, or have been in contact with a probable case of 2019-nCoV, even if you have no symptoms, voluntary quarantine for 14 days will ensure that the people around you are safe. If you develop fever, cough and/or trouble breathing, please call public health at the numbers indicated above or the clinic to inform us of your situation.
Online Booking Guidelines
Book with your usual Family Doctor. If there is a reason for an exception, indicate it on the booking notes.
When booking a physical, ensure it has been over 1 year since your last physical from any doctor

In response to increasing phone wait times, we are implementing online bookings to provide our patients with a convenient way to book appointments with family doctors at Pacific Medical. Please book visits with your own family doctor whenever possible. Once the booking request is received by our receptionists, you will be sent a confirmation email or text once it is approved.
We are not accepting new patient appointments online at this time. Please call to book your first visit, as the staff will need to obtain more information from you.
